At Bechu, we want you to love your eco-friendly essentials. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Personalized, customized, or special-order items are not eligible for return.
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or after the return period cannot be returned.
• For hygiene reasons, certain personal care products cannot be returned once opened.
